Jesús Manuel Pérez, head of the Division

Jesús Manuel Pérez is the UC Global Analysis Division Manager. He has specialized in the evolution of the actual armed conflict and deals with special attention the rise of non-State actors and the different organization features in the network systems provided by the new technologies.

His works include analysis and opinion articles in specialized news media webs how the infodefensa.com or specialized magazines how "Defence and security forces". He has made presentations to the Spanish Senate, the armed forces and participated in specialized meetings organized by the University of Valencia.

He is the author of the book "Postmodern wars" and others several communications in academic conferences such as:
